The Hitachino Nest beer family is expansive, and this week we decided to try the more spicy member, Real Ginger. Brewed with fresh, raw ginger, this beer has a pleasant flavor and cloudy caramel color. Although the ginger flavor is recognizable, it's certainly not overpowering and balances out the other citrus and malt notes
This beer has a lovely sparkling, amber color and flecks of actual ginger.
